Kelly Carey

Kelly Carey is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at GMMB, bringing 25 years of experience in strategic communications, coalition building, issue advocacy, campaigns, and partnership development. Since joining GMMB in 2000, she has led major initiatives across a range of issue areas, including infant and adult nutrition, diabetes, affordable health care for children and families, learning differences, safe medicine use, and public libraries—working with foundations, NGOs, and trade associations.

Her current work spans scientific discovery, public health advocacy, and consumer safety campaigns, reflecting her commitment to mission‑driven, high‑impact solutions. For ARIA, Kelly provides communications counsel and supports the ARIA communications team. She is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana, with a degree in government.
